What's Your QI IQ? Resident Physicians As Quality Improvement Leaders

What Your QI IQ? is a novel conference series to help train resident physicians to be leaders in Quality Improvement (QI). Organized by the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR) in joint sponsorship with multiple academic and professional organizations, the "What's Your QI IQ?" conference series ran from April 2013 - April 2014, and was hallmarked by four marquee one-day interactive workshops in New York City. Each workshop drew approximately 100-150 housestaff (majority), faculty, and administrators from multiple specialties in dozens of hospitals and training programs. Content focused on QI leadership, QI scholarship and publication, cost-conscious care, and transparency in healthcare.
