A Practical Framework for Organizations to Guide Professional Development of Women Leaders in Academic Health Centers

Description

In order to combat the deeply entrenched organizational culture that inhibits the advancement of women and minorities in academic health care, it is necessary to achieve a critical mass of women leaders to address those advancement-inhibiting factors. This resource details an integrated framework for increasing the number of women in decision-making roles to create a more inclusive and effective organizational structure.
