Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment via Chart Review in a Program of All-inclusive Care of the Elderly: Blending Learning Competencies and Quality Improvement

Description

Comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) is one of the tenets of geriatric medicine. It involves a multidimensional approach to older adult assessment and care, employing a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual framework to understand the historical, physical, emotional, functional, and spiritual facets of the individual. This poster describes the Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), a quality improvement (QI) program for the CGA chart review.
