This exercise is formatted as a debate for students to consider the issue of food and beverage advertising in schools. Basic resources outlining policy requirements and policy options are provided. Students are assigned roles representing various school district employees and community members. The debate is staged in a mock school district meeting to consider revisions to the school district wellness policy.
