Interprofessional Collaboration: Reality not Rhetoric

Description

The authors describe the creation of two Masters in Education programs designed as interprofessional learning communities of health professions educators. They share the challenges of working across organizations, the lessons learned in the development of a truly interprofessional approach, the enhancement of the perspectives and skills of the faculty, and the initial findings on the impact and career opportunities of participants.
