We developed a longitudinal on-boarding curriculum for new program directors. Content was determined based on feedback from experienced program directors, program coordinators, and GME office staff. There was a high interest in developing this curriculum. Topics to be covered were divided into the categories of what is most important for new program directors to know on Day 1 of their appointment, by 6 months, and at the one-year mark. The curriculum occurs as a series of every other month "Lunch and Learn" sessions.
