Evaluation of Population Health Initiatives


A one-hour discussion, preferably led by a facilitator with content expertise, to provide health professionals with a basic understanding of evaluation so that they can: 1) conduct simple evaluations of population health initiatives, and 2) collaborate effectively with professional evaluators to assess population health initiatives.
