The Association for Prevention Teaching and Research Healthy People Curriculum Task Force developed this curriculum guide for faculty members in health professions education programs seeking to design and implement interprofessional learning activities in the area of clinical prevention and population health. This guide provides examples of how the content elements of the Clinical Prevention and Population Health Curriculum Framework (Curriculum Framework) can be linked to specific statements within the Core Competencies for Interprofessional Collaborative Practice to ensure students participate effectively as members of interprofessional health care teams delivering clinical prevention and population health services. This version of the curriculum guide is aligned with the 3rd version of the Clinical Prevention and Population Health Curriculum Framework, which was updated in 2015.
